Hi, my name is Zeina Emad Abdelfattah. I am an 18-year-old student studying Mass Communication at AUS. I am very passionate about this major because I believe you can challenge creative ideas and inspire positive change in the world through books, movies, and advertisements. The media has always been credited with exactly that: the ability to affect people through words, images and videos. I am half Egyptian and half Palestinian, but I have lived in the UAE my entire life so I consider it my home. I am a huge appreciator of art and all its variations so I like anything aesthetically-pleasing, metaphorically-meaningful, or even a mix of both.
